Try one clear service keyword

Begin with cleaning, roofing, engineering or another service you provide. Adding words narrows the search rather than asking for either term. Try related terms in separate searches when results are sparse. English and French source text is searchable together: for roofing, for example, a separate search for toiture may reveal useful wording.

Choose delivery locations

Select Canada and the provinces or territories where you can work. These filters describe delivery locations, not the buyer’s office address. Canada-wide opportunities may still be relevant to local suppliers. Keep locations to check visible initially, then read the documents to decide whether the work is within reach.

Keep unknown values visible

Our current Canadian notices do not provide contract amounts. Leave unknown values included or you can hide suitable opportunities. Read the buyer’s documents for the budget and pricing instructions. Start with open opportunities, and use future work when you want to follow early discussions rather than immediate bids.

Plan around the exact deadline

Sort by closing date to prioritise your review. Canadian times are displayed in Eastern time, labelled EST or EDT, rather than automatically converted to every visitor’s province. Check the original notice and convert to your working time zone. Clarifications and site visits can have earlier deadlines.

Save and choose matching emails

Use Save this search — Free, create an account or sign in, then name and save the search. Free includes one saved search; saving a replacement changes future matches. Verify your email and select the optional weekly email checkbox if you want alerts. It starts unchecked. Paid members can save more searches and choose daily or weekly matching emails in Account.

Review and refine

Free emails contain up to three shortened previews of new matches. The first weekly email is due after seven days if new matches exist; no new matches means no email. Paid members can open full Canadian details and original links after signing in. Revisit Saved to review results, and change or stop emails in Account or through an email’s unsubscribe link. Always recheck the buyer’s notice before acting.
