Straightforward membership terms.

Service and coverage

United Kingdom Paid membership. This membership covers the United Kingdom only. Your search, saved opportunities and matching emails stay within that country.

New Paid membership for the UK is currently on hold. Free search remains available.

Free includes one saved search, remembered preferences and optional weekly email with up to three shortened new matching previews. Paid adds full tender search and details, original notice links in the countries listed on the membership page, saved opportunities, multiple searches and optional daily or weekly matching emails. Emails are optional and sent only when there are new matches. See current coverage before choosing membership.

Coverage is incomplete and updates can be delayed. No work or successful bid is guaranteed. Future work and engagement are distinguished from open bidding. Values can cover a whole framework, multiple lots or several years. Check original notices for scope, eligibility, deadlines and application instructions. Buyer/source registration may be needed. We do not submit bids and are not endorsed by the procurement services.

Price and renewal

Paid is £14/month or £140/year in British pounds including applicable customer taxes, with the same features. Paid membership covers the country named when you purchase. Search, full details, saved opportunities and matching emails are restricted to that country. Annual payment is upfront: pay for 10 months, get 12. Renewal repeats at the chosen interval until stopped. Free needs no card; there is no paid trial. Any future renewal price change will be explained before applying so you can stop renewal.

Payments are sold through Link, which is the seller of record for the transaction. Stripe and Link handle payments, receipts, tax and transaction support under their terms. Membership prices are in British pounds (GBP). Checkout may offer local currency at its displayed exchange rate. The payment page shows the amount and currency payable; your card provider may apply conversion charges.

Cancel and manage billing

Use Account → Membership and payments to manage your card, see history or stop renewal. Ordinary cancellation retains access until the confirmed paid period ends. Afterwards Free access and saved work remain, with Free limits. Rejoining is available after the earlier membership fully ends. Failed renewal adds no access time; confirmed recovery restores access for the paid period.

First-payment refund

Request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, monthly or annual, through the refund control or support email with your account email/payment reference. This guarantee applies once per member and does not restart on renewal or rejoining. Full refund ends the corresponding Paid access and renewal. Refunds use the original payment route; provider/bank processing times vary.

The voluntary guarantee does not limit statutory rights or remedies for a faulty service. Link may review refund requests under its own policy and contact us for a decision. Transaction help is also available through Link.

Use and support

Keep passwords private, respect source terms and use the service lawfully. Do not copy listings automatically, abuse forms or access another account. We may restrict access where reasonably needed for security or abuse; contact us to question a restriction. Deletion is separate from stopping renewal and does not remove records we must retain.

Support and complaints are reviewed manually, without a round-the-clock response promise. For prolonged service faults, contact us to agree restoration or an appropriate refund/remedy. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not send passwords or card security codes.
