Begin with one service

Try a broad keyword such as roofing or cleaning. Adding more words narrows the search: it does not ask for either word. If results are sparse, remove a word or try another term the buyer might use. Compare the matching notice count before adding more filters.

Choose where you can work

Select all the regions you can realistically serve. UK-wide notices can still be relevant to a regional supplier. Keep notices with an unconfirmed area visible at first, then check their locations in the original documents. Hiding unknown locations is useful for a tighter shortlist but may remove suitable work.

Be careful with value limits

A headline value can cover several years or lots. Start without a cap, then narrow if the results are too broad. Unknown values remain unless you choose to hide them. Sort by deadline when planning what to review first, and check the precise closing time on the original notice.

Save the search and choose emails

Use Save this search — Free. Create an account or sign in, then name and save it. Free includes one saved search; replacing it changes the search used for future previews. Verify your email address before choosing weekly matching emails. The checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Paid members can keep more searches and choose daily or weekly emails in Account.

Know what an email contains

Free emails include up to three shortened previews of new matches. Your first weekly email is due after seven days, if there are new matches. Older notices imported from an archive are not treated as newly published work. Emails are not sent when there is nothing new to include. Paid emails include matching opportunities, with full details and original links available when you sign in.

Adjust after seeing the results

Use Saved to revisit your search and Account to change your email frequency or turn it off. Each matching email includes an unsubscribe route. If messages are missing, check your spam folder and email address, then contact support. For an urgent bid, check the original buyer notice directly rather than relying on the next scheduled email.
