LESS SEARCHING. MORE SUITABLE WORK.
Tenders, with clear sources.
Where our opportunities come from and what to check before applying.
What we cover
South African public sector tenders
Search published opportunities from national departments, provincial and municipal buyers and public entities. Our current collection draws on National Treasury eTender public notice information. It is a selection of advertised procurement, not every South African contract, quotation or buyer website.
We check the current notice list every two hours. Notices removed from that list, including closed and cancelled opportunities, leave open search after the next successful update. Original documents stay with the publisher. Check them for the latest amendments and response instructions before bidding.
Province filters use the province published for the opportunity, not an inferred buyer address. Unspecified locations remain marked for checking. Closing and briefing times are shown in South African Standard Time (SAST). A compulsory briefing can be earlier than the response deadline.
Values remain unknown where the notice does not provide a reliable amount. Requests for information are listed under future work. South Africa Paid covers South African listings only. Supplier registration, qualification and the submission process remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Contract values and locations
A published value can cover several years, several lots or a whole framework. It is not guaranteed income. If the buyer has not stated a useful value, we leave it unknown. Broad regional descriptions may need a closer look at the original notice.
Before you apply
Check the buyer’s original notice for the latest requirements, eligibility, closing time and application instructions. You apply through the buyer’s process, which may require supplier registration. We do not submit bids or guarantee work, and we are not endorsed by these procurement services.
See full-detail and original-link access on the membership page. Free membership includes one saved search and optional weekly matching previews.
Other places to find work
Our directory links to official procurement and supplier resources. A directory listing does not mean its opportunities appear in our search. An external membership or supplier registration may be required.
