Start with one practical term
Try cleaning, roofing, construction or software, then run separate searches for related terms. Extra words narrow the search. A broad project title may include specialist work in its documents, so explore nearby descriptions before ruling it out.
Choose provinces without hiding useful work
Select the provinces where your team can deliver. Published province labels are broad; check exact sites before pricing travel. Keep locations to check visible if you can supply remotely or work across provincial boundaries.
Keep unknown values visible
Many public notices do not state a useful budget. An unknown value is not a zero-value contract. Read the pricing schedule and term in the original documents, and check whether the procurement offers fixed work or later orders without a guaranteed volume.
Save and choose matching emails
Free includes one saved search and optional weekly emails with up to three shortened previews. Verify your email and opt in; the first weekly email is due after seven days if there are new matches. South Africa Paid includes multiple searches, full details and optional daily or weekly emails. Change frequency in Account or unsubscribe from a matching email.
Your quick checklist
- Try separate synonyms for your work.
- Choose every province you can serve.
- Keep unknown values until you review the scope.
