Try roofing, roof repairs and waterproofing as separate searches. Check materials, quantities, drainage and responsibility for supporting structures. Roof work can be part of a wider refurbishment package.
Assess access and existing conditions
Review surveys, occupied areas, lifting, edge protection and temporary weather protection. Include removal, transport and disposal. Use the clarification process for unknown conditions rather than assuming the published description is a complete specification.
Plan delivery and acceptance
Confirm compulsory inspections, required registrations and the completion programme. Read workmanship, product warranty and testing requirements. A maintenance panel does not necessarily guarantee orders or the full advertised estimated value.
